Yin Yoga Fusion with Vali
A Yin and Hatha blend slow flow class. Yin is a slower paced yoga practice targeting joints, ligaments and fascia. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Yin allows us to rest into poses held for 3-5 minutes promoting deep release and relaxation in the body, leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class. Mask optional for vaccinated students. Walk ins not available at this time, please sign up at least 3 hours ahead if class time.
