Morning Meditation and Sun Salutations with Lindsay Sundays, 9-10am Donation Based, suggested donation $5-12 This class gently awakens the body through slow rounds of sun salutations. In the beginning half of class, we focus on connecting the breath to the body. The latter half, we move into meditation, focusing on bringing our awareness to our mind and directing our attention inward. Uplifting the body and focusing the mind, more energy and clarity are brought to your day as you let go of stressors and just Be Here Now.
Balanced by Nature All Levels with Heather Sundays, 2-3pm $12 drop in This class is named with the idea that we all have the innate ability to bring balance to our body, mind, and spirit. Each class begins with time to come into the present moment and connect inwardly, incorporating pranayama to oxygenate the body and bring calm and centered focus to the mind. It blends hatha poses with short holds, some variations, and vinyasa sequences, as well as a focus on core strength and alignment. Classes cycle through key areas of heart opening, forward bending, and hip opening sequences in order to address any bodily weaknesses in a balanced way. This class is suitable for all levels, as variations are offered from beginner to advanced. Being able to move from floor to standing postures with relative ease is recommended.
Hatha Flow with Lindsay Monday, 6-7pm $12 drop in A slow, but invigorating class to help bring energy into your week by focusing on connecting breath to movement and providing whole body benefits through range of motion and light strength training. This class allows students to empty their minds and calm their bodies while strengthening intricate muscles. Hatha style allows students to relax into their evening and finish their day mindfully and with the energy we all crave. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.
Emotional Support Yoga Series with Jessica Tuesdays, 5:30-6:45pm $110/8 Weeks, $15 Drop in contact us to enroll in a full 8 week program An 8-week Emotional Support Series focused on building a practice of self-care through breath, yoga, and meditation to support emotional health. There is mounting research proving the effects of specific prana, asana, and meditation for many emotional health symptoms, including but not limited to, symptoms associated with PTSD (trauma), anxiety & depression. Jessica has studied research and books to assist her students in treating emotional dysregulation, and has created a soft, safe environment at Be Here Now to empower individuals in developing self-care and emotional self-regulation techniques through yoga.

Yin Yoga Fusion with Vali 4:30-5:30pm $12 drop in Yin is a slower paced yoga practice targeting joints, ligaments and fascia. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Yin allows us to rest into poses held for 3-5 minutes promoting deep release and relaxation in the body, leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. Thai massage may be given to deepen the stretch and Hatha flow incorporated. Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class.
Yoga Nidra with Cecelia Thursdays 6-7pm $12 drop in Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation that is accessible to everyone. Although not a direct translation, it is often referred to as yogic sleep or sleepless sleep. In this practice you will be guided into conscious awareness of each part of the body. Through quieting the mind, Yoga Nidra induces a deep relaxing state of inner awareness. Yoga Nidra reduces stress and tension, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, and balances the nervous system.
Yin Yoga Release with Lindsay 7-8pm $12 drop in Yin is a relaxed practice that offers deep passive stretching. This class holds poses for 3-5 minutes to release the fascia and stagnation in the connective tissues that create adhesions from daily posture or injury. Yin helps to loosen tight muscles and allows meditation while holding poses. It helps improves the flow of qi, the energy within us, through the meridian pathways of our bodies. Benefits range from improving organ health, immunity, emotional well-being, clarity of mind, and overall improved range of motion/flexibility within the body.
Candlelight Restorative with Dana Once a month Fridays, 5-6:15 $12 drop in Unwind and let go of your week. This candle-lit class begins with an intention setting ceremony and gentle movements and ends with a series of long, supported poses that allow your body to let go and sink into relaxation. Please note, our intention setting involves burning sage, palo santo, or other mild incense.
