Yin Yoga Fusion with Vali Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm Yin is a slower paced yoga practice targeting joints, ligaments and fascia. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Yin allows us to rest into poses held for 3-5 minutes promoting deep release and relaxation in the body, leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. Thai massage may be given to deepen the stretch and Hatha flow incorporated. Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class.
