Slow Flow Yoga with Vali
Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm

A slow flow yoga class blending Yin, Hatha, and Pilates poses. Yin is a slower paced yoga practice targeting joints, ligaments and fascia. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Yin allows us to rest into poses held for 2-5 minutes. This promotes deep release and relaxation in the body, leading to improved range of motion and flexibility, while we incorporate Hatha and Pilates movements to support muscle strengthening and balance. All props are provided. Walk ins not available. Please sign up/cancel and pay online at least 3 hours before class time. No refunds for no shows or cancels within 3hrs of class time.

Our private yoga classes offer individual guidance and support, catered to your specific needs and goals. These classes allow you to slow down using a blend of Yin & Hatha yoga, breathing exercises, and some Pilates style movements ideal for your body and mind. We practice Yin to target tight joints and fascia while using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, holding poses for 3-5 minutes. This promotes a deep release leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. All props are provided. No refunds for no shows or cancels within 3hrs of class time.

Yin Yoga & the Art of Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing art used to unblock trapped energy, boost vitality, enhance flexibility, relax muscle tension, and promote a peaceful mind. A perfect complement, Yin yoga works on connective tissues to help open joints and release fascia tension. In this class, you receive Thai massage while relaxing in Yin poses held for 3-8 minutes, using yoga props for support.
