Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice dating back over 2500 years ago, originating in India by a physician who is said to have been a close friend and personal doctor to the Buddha. It was brought to Thailand by monks where it became deeply rooted in their culture and traditions. Thai Massage facilitates deep relaxation and renewed energy movement throughout the body. We work along the Sen lines (Thai energy lines), to unblock trapped energy and improve vitality by using a combination of stretching, rhythmic compressions, acupressure, and assisted yoga-like poses. For this service, you remain clothed. You will lay on a mat, and unless otherwise instructed, you will relax your body and mind (no helping!) .As with a traditional massage, your job is to honor your body and communicate about the pressure or intensity of the stretches.
Add Hot Herbal Compress to your Traditional Thai Massage:
Our steamed compresses are a combination of peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger, lemongrass, and salts. The heat can help release muscle tension while enjoying aromatherapy to relax the mind.
Enhance your Thai Massage with a Foot Soak:
Start your session with an Epsom salt foot soak featuring hot stones and essential oils. Includes a warm neck wrap and herbal tea while you soak. This service is a 15 minute add on to your Thai massage.

Tok Sen - Thai Hammer Massage
Tok Sen, known as Thai Hammer Massage, is a Thai massage modality that uses a wooden mallet and peg to rhythmically tap the body. This rhythmic tapping motion creates deep vibrations that relieve muscle and fascia tension, release energy blockages, increase blood and lymph flow, and promote deep relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. The word Tok means to hit, while Sen refers to the energy pathways (Thai meridians) in the body. Our therapist places the wooden peg against your body and gently taps it with the wooden mallet in continuous, rhythmic strikes. A rubber cap or mallet may be used for deeper work. Traditional massage techniques are incorporated into your session to support balance and reset. An eye mask and hot towels may be used to enhance your experience. Our Tok Sen massage is offered in 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions, with 60 minutes designed for focused work.

Thai Style Foot Reflexology
Thai foot reflexology is an ancient healing practice that combines aspects of Thai massage and reflexology. Using hands and a wooden tool, it applies pressure to specific points on the feet that are connected to organs and areas in the body, stimulating energy flow throughout by working along the Sen lines. This therapy aims to promote relaxation, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, release foot tension, and support overall wellbeing by stimulating these reflex points.
Your 60 minute session begins with an Epsom salt foot soak and warm neck wrap and includes leg stretches and acupressure along with the Thai reflexology on the feet. Hot towels are used to complete your experience.
