Lymphatic Massage in Old Town Fort Collins
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), aka Lymphatic Drainage, is a therapeutic treatment that works on the lymphatic system to increase the lymph flow and redirect fluid around blocked areas. It uses gentle, skin stretching techniques on specific areas of the body that help to reduce edema (swelling), provides pain relief, boosts general relaxation, and supports immune function. MLD is good for treating post surgical, post cancer treatment, and trauma/injury related edema, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, headaches/migraines, diabetes neuropathy, pregnancy edema and more.
Vali is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), per Colorado state law, she is unable to assist with compression bandages/wrappings or provide specific exercises for clients with lymphedema.
We do not bill insurance for MLD sessions, but we can provide an itemized invoice and receipt so you can submit yourself.
